01 / OUR STORY
Built for work under scrutiny.
eGyanamTech's founders carry 80+ years of combined industry experience — most of it spent inside security and compliance: running programs, answering regulators, and learning what audits cost when the proof isn't there.
The work taught us two things. First: audits fail on evidence, not intent. Organizations doing the right work still scramble to prove it, because proof lives in shared drives, inboxes, and the memories of people who have moved on. Second: the tools on offer forced a trade — cloud convenience at the cost of data control, or on-prem control at the cost of usability. Regulated organizations couldn't accept the first and couldn't afford the second.
So we built the tool we wished had existed: Parham — a governance, risk, and compliance platform that puts audit and compliance at the center, keeps evidence attached to every finding, and runs its AI on infrastructure our customers choose, including entirely their own.
Today, Parham is what that experience became — one workspace where findings become evidence, evidence becomes closure, and nothing leaks on the way. Every design decision — evidence attached to findings, maker-checker closure, AI that cites its sources — traces back to an audit question one of us once had to answer without proof. We build for the work we've done: work under scrutiny.
